
Irene Guardiola Lapuente is a Partner at Guardiola Lawyers International Trade & Customs, a law firm specialized in customs and international trade law. With extensive experience advising importers, exporters, customs representatives, and trade associations, she has developed recognized expertise in customs and international trade matters, managing cases with customs authorities, representing clients before national and international institutions, and litigating before administrative, contentious-administrative, and supreme courts.
She also serves as Legal Advisor to the General Council of Customs Agents of Spain, representing the organization before EU institutions and international associations such as CLECAT and CONFIAD, where she actively participates in advocacy on customs and trade facilitation matters.
