Registration fees information and cancellation policies

The registration fee includes:
· Access to Sessions
· Conference Materials
· Welcome cocktail
· Gala Dinner
· Coffee breaks and lunches according to the congress program

VAT REFUND CLAIM:
· If your registration is made by a company based in the EU with a registered VIES number
· If your registration is made by a company based outside the EU

*Regardless of the country in which you reside, there is no VAT exemption if the registration is made by an individual rather than a company.
All refunds will be processed after the conference.

Cancellations:
The WISTA 2025 Secretariat must be notified in writing by e-mail to wistabarcelona2025@reedmackay.com in the event of the cancellation of the registration. Cancellation by phone call will not be accepted. Refunds will be made after the Conference.

The following cancellation conditions apply:
· Until July 20th. 2025: full refund of the registration fee
· From July 21st to September 28th: 50 % of the registration fee
· From September 29th: no refund
In case of any change in registration the organization reserves the right to charge a 30,00 € handling fee.
In case of cancellation of the event due to force majeure, the organization reserves the right to charge a 30,00 € handling fee.

Methods of Payment:
Registration fees must be paid in EUR by Credit or Debit Card
The invoice will be sent automatically to your e-mail address.
